Cell Tower Electromagnetic Radiation Plumes and Biological Life on Earth Considered

The human biosystem works on vibrational energy at the cellular level, but humans aren't much different when it comes to their cellular makeup than other living species. Frequency pollution is a real problem in our society and it will become even a greater challenge off into the future. Think of it for a second, everywhere you go there is frequency pollution; Wi-Fi, cellphones, microwaves, sensors, radar, and cell towers. All of these things cannot be good for your body, or for the bodies of any other species on this planet.

There was a rather alarming article on the Dark Government "conspiracy theorist" website not long ago, posted on October 25, 2011 titled "Cellphone EMR and Life Don't Mix" and just reading that title, I agree, at least I agree they don't mix now. I also believe there might be a solution to all this. Okay so, let's talk shall we?

First that particular article stated; "To prevent overlapping high radiation fields, new towers should not be permitted within a radius of one kilometre of existing towers."

Secondly, the article noted that scientists are quite concerned, as am I, and that; "Of the 919 studies, a staggering 593 showed the negative impact of mobile towers on birds, bees, humans, wildlife, and plants. The experts even cited an international study that pinpointed cellphone towers as a potential cause in the decline of animal populations. They went on to say that there was an urgent need to focus more scientific attention on the subject before it was too late."

Now then, there's something else I'd like you to consider, and that is the effect of the interacting plumes of electromagnetic radiation. All of these waves propagating from different places create rogue waves, and we pass through those all the time. This will take a toll on the health of the nation, and the worst part about it is we won't know the dire health consequences for 20 years or more.

In fact the first signs of problems will begin to show up in the next few years. This is because cell towers, wireless networks, and other such electronic devices have been pervasive for at least 20 years or so. Today the amount of frequency pollution is extremely high, much higher than it has ever been in known history.

It would seem to me that it is rather impossible for there not to be some affect. In some cases a little frequency pollution might actually be okay, but overall I'd say it's a net negative. Unfortunately, we are about to find out, and therefore we should do more studies, and be truthful and honest with the findings.

Just because the findings might hurt the future of the communication industry, the computer industry, or some other industry does not mean we should hide data or pretend the problem doesn't exist. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.

Cell Tower Lease Extensions - How to Make the Most of This Opportunity

Many cell tower companies are now aggressively seeking out extensions to their current cell tower leases. So why are these tower companies contacting the landowner if there is still time left on the lease? The answer: Time and money.

1. Time-A cell tower company needs to secure additional time to both better market the tower location for future subtenants/co-co-locators it may be seeking out as source of additional revenue at the site and more importantly to satisfy existing sublet commitments it may have already made as it relates to the site, its current revenue source at the site; and

2. Money- A cell tower company benefits financially in that securing a site long term calms the nerves of investors as it acts as a form of guaranty that a site's revenue stream will not be interrupted; this especially holds true for those companies who are publically traded (Crown Castle & American Tower). A property owner needs to interpret the claims that a cell tower company presents, which includes the following:

1. Claim #1: "Due to the value of the long term relationship we have with you, the landlord, we are willing to extend the current lease for the cell tower with you". What they aren't telling you: That in reality, they need the extension of time more than you do.

2. Claim #2: "We are willing to pay you a 'signing bonus' if you agree to extend the lease". What they aren't telling you: While a signing bonus is great, it is usually only a small fraction of what should be offered for the landowner's consent to an extension of the lease.

3. Claim #3: "We are willing to allow the lease to continue to escalate as provided for under the current terms of the lease agreement". What they aren't telling you: This is basically giving you something that you already have a right to and in some cases the tower companies are actually seeking to effectively reduce a landowner's annual rent escalations by having them agree to certain things like a Consumer Price Index ("CPI") rent escalation. What the tower company is not telling you, is that while your current annual rent escalations could be 3% or greater, agreeing to a CPI escalation could lower your annual rent increase to less than 1%. This would cost you tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the lease.

So Why Do Most Landowners Agree To An Extension Of Their Lease? Why do landlords agree to an extension, the answer may be the illusion created by a cell tower company representative or agent. Once façade that is created is that a landlord is securing revenues for the lease by agreeing to an extension. What is the true story? A majority of all tower and rooftop leases have extremely liberal tenant termination clauses and as a result, any extension agreed to by the landowner basically provides the tower company with a long term commitment from the landowner with no reciprocal agreement from the tower company.

A landlord's decision to agree to an extension of its lease is an important negotiation and should not be taken lightly. The structure of this transaction may mean hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of is lease. The cell tower companies are not on your side, they benefit the best deal they can make for their company, nor will they look out for your interest just because they have been paying you rent all these years. The cell tower company's top priority is to make the best deal for their bottom line, shouldn't yours be as well?

Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Tower to claim world’s tallest building title

The Kingdom Tower will stand over one kilometer tallImage Gallery (9 images)

Chicago-based firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG) has officially been announced as the design architects for the Kingdom Tower that is to be built in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Initially planned to stand one mile (1.6 km) high and be called the Mile-High Tower, the building was scaled down after soil testing in the area in 2008 cast doubt over whether the location could support a building of that height. Now the building will stand over 0.62 miles (one kilometer) tall, which will still allow it to overshadow the 2,717 ft. (828 m) Burj Khalifa to claim the title of the world's tallest building.

The Kingdom Tower will be the centerpiece and first construction phase of Kingdom City, a 57 million square foot (5.3 million m2) development located along the Red Sea north of Jeddah, which is known as the traditional gateway to the holy city of Mecca. The entire development has been budgeted at US$20 billion, with the Kingdom Tower alone costing approximately $1.2 billion to construct and covering an area of 5.7 million square feet (530,000 m2).

The building will contain 59 elevators, including 54 single-deck and five double-deck elevators, as well as 12 escalators. The elevators serving the observatory will travel at 22 mph (36 km/h) in both directions. At level 157, a sky terrace roughly 98 feet (30 m) in diameter intended as an outdoor amenity for use by the penthouse floor extends from the side of the building.

The exterior wall system is designed to minimize energy consumption by reducing thermal loads, while a series of notches on the building's three sides create pockets of shadow that shield areas of the building from direct sunlight and provide outdoor terraces.

The three-sided tower rises from a three-petal footprint design with aerodynamic tapering wings that help reduce structural loading due to wind vortex shedding. Gill says the tower's sleek, streamlined form was inspired by the folded fronds of young desert plant growth.

"With its slender, subtly asymmetrical massing, the tower evokes a bundle of leaves shooting up from the ground - a burst of new life that heralds more growth all around it," added Smith.

While the building's exact height isn't yet known, when completed AS+GG claim it will be at least 568 feet (173 m) taller than the Burj Khalifa, which was also designed by Adrian Smith when he was at architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). At SOM, Smith also worked on the design for the Pearl River Tower, while AS+GG also recently won an international competition to design China's Wuhan Greenland Center.

AS+GG says design development of the Kingdom Tower is underway, the foundation drawings are already complete and construction is set to begin 'imminently."
