AnyMeeting Review - A Free Web Conferencing Tool

When you have ended your presentation, you can choose to take your participants straight to a website of your choice. This could be your company website, or a survey of your webinar. Also, details of your web conference will be stored in your account on the AnyMeeting website, which enables you to see details of your online meeting such as duration and number of attendees. It also lets you send a follow-up e-mail to your web conference participants with only one click.

Your AnyMeeting account will also have links to your web conference recordings, which you can send in your follow-up e-mails or play back to see what could be improved in your next webinar, for example.
?

AnyMeeting also connects with Facebook and Twitter if you decide to allow that. With Twitter, for example, AnyMeeting can post details of your upcoming webinars from your account, which lets your followers know about your upcoming public web conferences. If you no longer wish to share webinar information via Twitter, the feature is quick and easy to turn off at any time.?

AnyMeeting is a great tool for those who want to host web conferences in a professional and easy manner, but without the usual high-costs of a web conferencing tool. This is particularly interesting for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

However, it does not allow for customization of the meeting screen, so if this is essential to you, AnyMeeting is not the web conferencing software for you. That being said, it does have most of the essential features that any other online meeting tool has such as chats, polls, meeting recording and even follow-up capability. It has a pleasant user interface, and was a reliable web conferencing tool on all my tests. ?
